Absolutely divine decadent sourdough mini Babka.. can be easily deceptive for a cake, super soft n flavourful..filled with rich chocolate spread creamcheese n organic orange marmalade.. nothing planned..broke off a piece of dough from my sandwich loaf n viola here it is the sinful babka..30% home milled whole wheat flour (atta) n 00 Flour from @GourmetStaples its not bread flour but a high protein all purpose flour.. really loved this flour (not promoting) totally my opinion..excellent flour
