How long will it take my order to arrive?

We partner with Fedex, Bluedart, DHL, Gati , Indian Post and other major carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 5-10 business days. You can track your orders by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world.

Where do you ship?
To every single pincode in the country, no matter how remote. We currently have customers in 21 states/UTs in India, including the island states.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders in India

Can you ship products outside India?
Yes. Please reach out to us at support hello@gourmetstaples.com and we will be happy to ship your favorite Gourmet Staples Flours to you in any corner of the world.

My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
Our packaging has been tested for extreme durability and we take every precaution necessary to make sure your product reaches you safely. However, in the unfortunate case that it does not, please raise a case with us at hello@gourmetstaples.com within 7 days of receiving the product with a couple of pictures. We will get a delivery agent to collect the damaged product, so it can be sent for analysis and send you a replacement pack right away.

Can I return my products, if I no longer need them?
Since, all our flours ground-to-order, we can not accept returns. Perhaps, you can gift it to a friend?

There was a problem with the flour I received. What should I do?
