Contest open to Indian residents aged 18 and above. Participants must purchase at least one pack of Gourmet Staples Protein Atta between 20 June and 20 July 2026 and retain proof of purchase. This contest is exclusively for Protein Atta — no other product qualifies. Employees of Indo Gum Product Private Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Only purchases of Gourmet Staples Protein Atta count towards this contest. A minimum of 1 pack must be purchased. Videos featuring any other Gourmet Staples product will not qualify. Contest videos must visibly feature the Protein Atta packaging or product in use.

Videos must: (a) be original content created by the participant, (b) visibly feature Gourmet Staples Protein Atta, (c) be posted publicly on Instagram and submitted by 5 August 2026, (d) include #GourmetStaplesChallenge, (e) tag @GourmetStaples.

Winners of the Grand Prize (₹50,000) and Runner-up Prizes (₹5,000 × 10) are selected based on verified organic video view counts. View accumulation is valid and counts until 19 August 2026, and verification will be finalized by the Gourmet Staples team. Rankings are determined as follows: the entry with the highest verified organic view count wins the Grand Prize; entries ranked 2nd to 11th by organic view count each receive ₹5,000. Gourmet Staples manually verifies view counts for all qualifying entries. In case of suspected fraud or a tied view count, Gourmet Staples reserves the right to make the final determination.

Participation prizes (Surprise Coupons × 30) are awarded at the sole discretion of Gourmet Staples from among all valid, qualifying entries that do not rank in the top 11 by organic view count. Selection criteria may include but are not limited to: creativity of content, originality, storytelling quality, audience engagement, and adherence to contest guidelines. The Organizer's decision regarding participation prize recipients is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are issued via account payee cheque within 15 working days of announcement. Winners must provide valid government ID and bank details. TDS deducted as applicable per Indian tax law.

Entries will be disqualified for: purchased views, paid promotion, bots, fake accounts, artificially boosted posts, plagiarised content, featuring a non-qualifying product, or any violation of Instagram community guidelines.

By participating, entrants grant Indo Gum Product Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish submitted video content for marketing purposes with appropriate credit.

Gourmet Staples reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest at any time. Due to severe weather and monsoon-related shipping delays, the Organizer has officially extended the contest timelines (Buying until 20 July, Upload/Submission until 5 August, and view counting remains valid/active until 19 August). This contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram. Disputes subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The Organizer shall have sole, absolute and unfettered discretion in determining eligibility, authenticity of entries, interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, verification of performance metrics, selection of winners, disqualification of participants and distribution of prizes. The Organizer shall not be obligated to provide reasons for any decision and such decision shall be final and binding on all participants.

By participating in this Contest, participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of personal information submitted during participation. Such information shall be used solely for the purposes of: (a) administration of the Contest; (b) verification of eligibility and entries; (c) prize distribution; (d) compliance with applicable legal obligations; and (e) promotional activities related to the Contest. The Organizer shall handle all personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and shall not share such data with unrelated third parties without consent.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organizer (Indo Gum Product Private Limited), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, distributors and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) the participant's participation in the Contest; (ii) any breach of these Terms & Conditions by the participant; (iii) any infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights by the participant's entry or conduct; or (iv) any false representations or fraudulent conduct by the participant.

(a) Amicable Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice of such dispute.

(b) Arbitration: Failing amicable resolution, all disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and any amendments thereto.

(c) Seat & Venue: The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

(d) Language: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

(e) Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
