Perfect for tea-time or a light dinner, they prove that healthy can be delicious!

 Ingredients:
* 1 tsp Wheat Bran Flakes

* 2 tbsp Wheat Flour

* 1 tbsp Grated Cottage Cheese

* ¼ bunch Chopped Spinach

* ¼ medium Finely Chopped Onion

* ½ tsp each of Ginger, Garlic, & Green Chilly

* Salt to taste

* ½ tsp Olive Oil

Method:

  1. Preheat oven. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash well.
  2. Shape into cutlets and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
  3. Bake until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or dip!
