Crispy Gluten-Free Mathri Recipe Perfect for your chai-time cravings!

You’ll Need:
1 cup Gourmet Staples Gluten-Free Atta
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil/Ghee
Warm water (to knead)

Let’s Make It:
1. In a bowl, mix atta, ajwain, salt & oil/ghee.
2. Slowly add warm water and knead into a firm dough.
3. Roll into small discs (mathri shapes!).
4. Fry on low flame until golden & crisp.
5. Serve hot with a steaming cup of chai or coffee!

 Tip: For extra crunch, let them cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
