Ingredients –
Dark Chocolate – 350g
Butter – 110g
Egg – 3 no.
Sugar Powder – 200g
Vanilla Essence – 7.5ml
Gourmet Staples Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour – 100g
Baking Powder – 5g
Salt – 2.5g
Recipe –
1. Gently melt the butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth and well combined.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs into the sugar, adding them one at a time for a silky texture.
3. Stir in the vanilla essence, infusing the mixture with a delightful aroma.
4. Sift the gluten-free all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder together, then set aside.
5. Gradually incorporate the melted chocolate and butter into the egg-sugar mixture, ensuring the mixture is at room temperature to prevent curdling.
6. Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix or deflate the batter. Ensure no lumps remain.
7. Prepare your baking mould by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with butter or oil. Pour in the brownie batter, spreading it evenly.
8. Bake according to the specified instructions until the brownies are perfectly set.
9. Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing them from the mould.
10. Garnish with your choice of nuts and fresh fruits. Slice and enjoy!
