Gourmet Staples, am really happy with your Khapli Atta. After years I am finally getting the aroma of wheat when the rotis are made! Must admit that the rotis/parathas are soft, delicious and taste of wheat! Infact, there is a certain kind of sweetness in the chappatis which is hard to explain. Once has to try it to experience it.
My brother, a chef in Washington D.C., visited us recently and was really impressed with the chappatis he had at my place. He too, found them super soft and delicious.
To be honest, am absolutely done with using regular packaged atta, which I had been using all these years. From now on am your permanent customer!
