Gluten free Vanilla Cake

Ingredients;

  • Gluten-free all-purpose flour 1&1/2 cup or 220 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda. 1/2 tsp
  • Salt. 1/8 tsp
  • Powdered Sugar. 3/4 cup
  • Oil. 1cup
  • Vanilla Essence. 1 tsp
  • Milk. 1 cup
  • Almonds for garnishing

Recipe

Mix Gf all-purpose flour, baking soda,baking powder and salt
Keep aside
Take another bowl
Add oil, powdered sugar, Vanilla Essence and milk
Mix properly
Now add dry mix to wet mix in small batches while stirring all the while..

When it is properly mixed, add 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Mix and immediately transfer into a greased pan.
Sprinkle almonds over it

Put the cake into preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25min
Or
Put into preheated pan for 40-45 min till the toothpick comes out clean

Cake is ready
Make sure the cake should be cool down completely before it is cut into pieces..
